Create Affiliates
# How to Add a New Affiliate
PivotString makes it easy to onboard new affiliates and manage their profiles. Follow the steps below to create an affiliate and configure their information correctly.
- Go to the Affiliates section
- Click on the Create button
- Fill out the affiliate details and submit the form
# Affiliate Creation Fields
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| First Name mandatory | Enter the affiliate’s first name. |
| Last Name optional | Enter the affiliate’s last name. |
| Email ID mandatory | Provide the affiliate’s email address. |
| Gender mandatory | Select whether the affiliate is Male or Female. |
| Company mandatory | Enter the company name associated with the affiliate. |
| Website optional | Enter the affiliate’s website URL. |
| Mobile mandatory | Enter the affiliate’s mobile number. |
| Status mandatory | Choose whether the affiliate is Active, Pending, or Rejected. |
| Address mandatory | Enter the affiliate’s address. |
| Social Media Name optional | Enter the social media platform name (if applicable). |
| Social Media ID optional | Enter the affiliate’s social media profile or ID. |
