Advertisers Bulk Upload
# Import Advertisers
In PivotString, you can upload new advertiser data or bulk-update existing advertisers quickly. This feature is especially useful when onboarding large datasets or when migrating from another platform.
Use Cases
We have divided bulk upload into three primary use cases. Choose the one that best fits your requirements:
- Edit existing advertisers
- Add new advertisers
- Migrate advertisers from another platform
# Important Fields in the Advertiser CSV
| Parameter | Mandatory/Optional | Description |
|---|---|---|
| First Name | Mandatory | Advertiser’s first name |
| Last Name | Optional | Advertiser’s last name |
| Mandatory | Advertiser email ID (Must be unique) | |
| Status | Mandatory | Set advertiser status: ACTIVE, PENDING, or REJECTED. |
| Gender | Mandatory | Specify gender: MALE or FEMALE. |
| Company Name | Mandatory | Advertiser’s company or business name |
| Website | Optional | Advertiser’s website URL |
| Phone | Optional | Advertiser’s contact number |
| Account Manager | Optional | Enter the Account Manager ID to assign them to the advertiser |
