Affiliate Bulk Upload
# Import Affiliates
In PivotString, you can upload new affiliate data or bulk-edit existing affiliates as needed. This feature is especially helpful for onboarding large numbers of affiliates or migrating them from other platforms.

# Important Fields in the Affiliate CSV

| First Name | Mandatory | Affiliate’s first name |
| Last Name | Optional | Affiliate’s last name |
| Mandatory | Affiliate email ID (Must be unique) | |
| Status | Mandatory | Set affiliate status: ACTIVE, PENDING, or REJECTED. |
| Gender | Mandatory | Specify gender: MALE or FEMALE. |
| Company Name | Mandatory | Affiliate’s company or business name |
| Website | Optional | Affiliate’s website URL |
| Phone | Optional | Affiliate’s contact number |
| Account Manager | Optional | Enter the Account Manager ID to assign them to the affiliate |
